Responsibilities :
1) Experience in paper print industry.
2) Working under senior, set up, adjusts and operates a variety of machine tools which may included numerical control or computerized numeric control or manual machines. Eg.Lamination, spot uv, hot stamping, gluing and packaging machine.
3) Work closely with co-workers, leaders and production supervisor to fulfill all job requirements.
4) Ensure to carry out machine operation and maintenance in good and safe working conditions
5) Control and run the machine to the fullest extent
6) Being able to identify any faults or problems in operations or maintenance of machines and troubleshoot arising issues
7) Inspect the machine outputs for process and quality control
8) Keep up with safety requirements and maintain a safe work setting at all times
Requirement :
1) Min 5 years of Experience.
2) Familiarity in operating Heidelberg Cylinder Machine is essential.
3) Physically fit and able to carry heavy weight items.
4) Able to do basic mathematical calculations.
5) Able to work in and adjust to varying production timelines.
6) Able to work as a team player and willing to learn.
7) Experience with proper and safe use of tools utilized in fabrication preferred.
8) Must be prepare to work 5.5days per week and night shift.
