We are supporting a local Folkestone school in the recruitment of a temporary to permanent Facilities Assistant who will have responsibility for supporting for the the day to day facilities duties with the exciting thought that this role will offer the right person development, training and qualifications within Electrical installation/maintenance (to Edition 18), Plumbing, Painting & Decorating, Carpentry.

Grounds Maintenance (including synthetic surfaces) and/or other recognisable trades.(essential)
Experience of working with, or willing to be trained in the use of Computer Assisted Facilities
Management Software (CAFM)(essential)
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) and own transport (Essential)
With the opportunity to temp to perm, hours will cover 37/week with flexibility to cover those hours between 06.00 and 22.00 although rarely starting and finishing at these times.
