Staffline is recruiting for Facilities Assistants to work in Netherfield, Nottingham.
The pay rate starts at £11.44 per hour increasing to £11.64 per hour after 12 weeks of service.
Overtime is available at this site after working over 37.5 hours paid at £14.25 per hour on weekdays and Saturdays, and Sundays at £19 per hour.
This is a full-time role with fixed shifts, the hours of work are 8am to 4pm.
Your Time at Work
As a Facilities Assistant, your duties include:
- Providing support to the distribution centre
- Grounds maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal, and housekeeping
- Exterior groundwork including strimming, leaf clearance, and litter collection
- Emptying litter bins, cleaning drains and gullies, as well as moving snow when required
- Processing the disposal of waste using compacting equipment
- Liaising with the facilities team to arrange repairs and recording
- Supporting the program of planned maintenance
- Upholding health and safety standards and organisational processes
- Forwarding any concerns to the management team

Our perfect Facilities Assistant will show good attention to detail, timekeeping skills, and high cleaning standards.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
