Position: Regional Facilities Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £55,000 per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious FM client seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager. This role offers a competitive salary, generous benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple facilities within the assigned region, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs and schedules for all sites.
- Manage a team of on-site staff, providing leadership and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Coordinate and manage third-party contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Regional Facilities Manager or in a similar role within the FM sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee multiple sites.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- Valid UK driving licence.
