We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across our vibrant university campuses. As the Head of Facilities Management & Workplace Experience, you will be at the forefront of operational excellence, delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance our campus environments and student experiences.
Your role involves driving operational excellence in IFM, forming collaborative partnerships, implementing innovative solutions, engaging clients and stakeholders, and managing a professional team, all while enhancing campus environments and student experiences.

Possess extensive and demonstrable experience in leading both hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) services, underpinned by an engineering background or comparable technical expertise in a large Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.
We value senior leadership skills and experience, essential for driving performance across all FM workstreams. You should have a strong track record of creating successful workplace experiences across all business functions and demonstrate expertise in negotiation and influencing to meet client requirements. Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics is crucial, along with a working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and proficiency in data reporting and analysis.
You will be a Certified Member of IWFM) or have equivalent experience. Extensive experience in the built environment is necessary, along with an understanding of the broader challenges and evolving landscape of the FM sector. An analytical approach to data-led decision-making, strong commercial acumen, and experience in supporting account growth are key competencies. We require you to be a flexible individual capable of overcoming challenges and continuously seeking service delivery improvements. The ability to work collaboratively across functions and with clients and suppliers to achieve outcomes is paramount.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint, is required. The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for nurturing long-term relationships. Experience in quality control is a plus.
