Equans is looking for a Facilities Manager to manage a team of 6, working in the national account headquarters at Wedgnock Lane, Warwick, CV34 5YA. This is on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £35,000 - £38,480 per annum depending on skills and experience and benefits package.

Mon to Fri 08.00 - 17.00
What will you deliver?
As a Facilities Manager you will be responsible of the land & buildings at Wedgnock Lane HQ and other sites as deemed necessary. You will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale contract, whilst being the point of contact for all repair and maintenance issues within the property.

Who are we looking for?

Experience and knowledge of Facilities Management
Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations. (essential)
COSHH Knowledge
Understand basic Health and safety principles.
Ability to motivate a cleaning team to attain a consistent specified standard of cleaning.
Good communication and customer care skills
Team Player demonstrating a proactive approach.
Basic knowledge on I.T and Microsoft office systems
