Facilities Manager (Maternity Cover)

Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Our Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Manager (Maternity Cover) on a 12-month fixed term contract. Continue your journey with us whilst we'll support you to be your best.
To manage the delivery of high quality facilities services for Warwickshire Hospital, including management responsibility of Maintenance & Buildings, Grounds, Security/Fire/Health & Safety, Clinical Waste, in addition to line management of a Housekeeping Team Leader, Porters and Catering (Outsourced).

To plan and develop the operations of the department with input into wider business planning, improvement and development.

To oversee local IT, escalating and managing issues and liaising with IT.

To monitor and maintain health and safety in relation to COSHH.

To oversee and ensure that projects are planned, coordinated, monitored and delivered in line with business requirements.

To ensure all audits/reviews of the Hospital and its performance are undertaken and action is taken to address any issues raised.

To ensure implementation of and compliance with all relevant standards and legislation, including Health and Safety within the Hospital.

To review, develop, update and implement local policies and procedures for the department in accordance with statutory and organisational guidelines.

To manage and control business relationships with external suppliers and/or other agencies to ensure cost effectiveness.

To provide data and information to other areas of the Hospital as requested.
