Job title: Facilities Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Leeds, LS5 area
Contract: Fixed Term Contract, 12 months, hybrid working
Job description:
- This is a key role that will ensure our offices in Leeds are safe and welcoming for all our colleagues, customers and visitors
- Managing the 4 floors of the building
- Initial 2-3 week handover
- You and your team will deliver a first class colleague and customer experience every day, supporting high levels of colleague engagement through the facilities we provide
- You will manage the Health and Safety of Kirkstall Forge, our satellite office and for our remote colleagues.
- You'll lead on projects and initiatives that maintain and enhance our colleague workplace
- contribute to new business tenders, ISO accreditations and our Sustainability agenda as well as ensuring that all relevant procedures and measures are maintained to enable an effective blended working environment
- Additionally, you will take the lead on arranging our annual Christmas Party and support any other social events as and when required
Essnsial Skills and experience:
- Facilities Management Experience with a focus on delivering an excellent colleague and customer experience
- Health and Safety experience within an office/remote worker context
- Knowledge of working with suppliers and managing contract negotiations
- Experience of leading a small team
- A full UK driving licence
- IOSH / NEBOSH - desirable
- IWFM qualification - desirable
- Flexibility for any out of hours / emergencies
- Managing and monitoring of the Facilities/Office budget, including invoice approvals
