The following are the duties of this position at the GS-06. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and will receive training to help you grow in this position.

• Provide daily customer service in a help desk environment on accounting and procurement system related requests as well as technical questions as they relate to the systems.
• Ensure requested system changes and updates in the financial systems are made accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with navigating users through various financial systems.
• Route documents to proper approving official.
• Answer questions about how various aspects of the system function.
• Assist with financial system problems and coordinates corrective action as needed.

Starting at $36,209 Per Year (GS 4-5)

The major duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Provides quality assurance with validation, including proofreading and review; while adhering to all applicable VHA and ILEAD processes and standards in the BIS/TRACE SPE, VA TMS and other ILEAD managed Learning Management Systems.
• Plans, manages and completes special projects and assignments such as finding new training resources, development of training packages and managing new training. roll-out.
• Responsible for managing in the VHA courses and content, reporting needs from the TMS or other ILEAD managed Learning Management Systems.
• Creates and manages appropriate curricula, training requirement or assignment profile to assign and manage the course and ensures course is placed in the appropriate catalog.
• Manages the creation of time based training events; registration and completions for VHA/ILEAD Program Office training.
• Makes evaluative analysis of administrative aspects of new and established education and training programs.

Starting at $49,025 Per Year (GS 7)

Due to continued expansion and growth, our client an award winning, family run Landscaping Contractor are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their ever growing team.

Based out of the Birmingham HQ, you will work across various on site locations for some of the Regions largest house builders completing soft landscaping works.

Your day will start in the HQ Yard loading up the van with all the necessary supplies for the day ahead. All works are pre-scheduled by the contracts team and all materials pre-picked to allow a quick turnaround.

Working from architectural drawings, your daily duties will include -

. Soil preparation
. Turf installation
. Grass seeding
. Woodland planting
. Bulb Planting
. Shrub Planting
. Mulching
. Cleaning/Tidying of finished areas
. and any other duties specified by the contracts team, such as variations as necessary.

Whilst you do not need to be a horticultural specialist for this role, you must be able to identify plants from drawings, be experienced in soil prep works and have a sound knowledge and understanding of turf installation. You must have past experience within a similar role.

As you will be lone working without supervision, you must be able to use your initiative, show great attention to detail, be able to read from drawings and take pride in your work.

Due to the nature of the works, you must be physically fit and hole a full UK driving license.
