What You'll be doing

• Key incoming funds into BaNCS or RUFUS promptly and in line with CASS rules.
• Record cheques in BaNCS or RUFUS, maintain the safe log, and safeguard until banked as per CASS 7.
• Accurately process outgoing manual payments (CHAPS & Foreign Transfers) with proper sign-off, ensuring CASS compliance.

You should have previous experience in a handy person role or experience working alongside trades operatives with recent experience in grounds maintenance, and general building maintenance.



Your key responsibilities will be to work alongside the trades operatives carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.



As a Maintenance Operative you should;

• Have experience in a similar role
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a sound knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Be competent using hand tools

For this role you must hold a disclosure, or be willing to obtain one.



37 hours a week Monday to Friday.
