Job: Maintenance Electrician
Salary: £39,000
Location: Nottingham/Derby
Working Hours: 45 hours per week (typically Monday - Friday)

Our client, a Facilities Management firm committed to expansion and development, is actively searching for a certified Electrician with a background in commercial environments. This role is full-time, permanent, and involves mobility, based in the Nottingham/Derby region. Your responsibilities will include performing scheduled and reactive maintenance as part of existing Facilities Management contracts.

Main duties include:
- Carrying out planned electrical maintenance in line with its scheduled date, following health and safety policies.
- Ensuring all faults and defects are remedied to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure all logs are kept up to date at all times.
- Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.
- Carrying out reactive tasks and being proactive in highlighting areas of improvement.
- Carrying out additional FM duties in line with capabilities when appropriate.
- To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and contract SLA's.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 18th Edition
- C&G 2360 Part 1 & 2
- NVQ Level 3
- Excellent communication skills
- Full, clean driving licence
