Our client has recently received investment which has resulted in new machinery being incorporated into the business. You will be responsible for responding to machinery breakdowns and faults, carrying out root cause and troubleshooting, and completing reactive and preventative maintenance activities.

We are working with an organisation that has a large portfolio of properties based around the Shropshire area that is looking for an administrator / coordinator to support with a range of facilities / property maintenance queries and issues. You will receive a flow of queries or issues that have been raised about their properties, and these will need to be checked and authorised for repair, before arranging a tradesperson to attend and fix the issues.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

• Taking a flow of calls and emails from tenants in rental properties where they might be raising queries or issues with their properties that need to be addressed
• Ensuring all information about the issue is understood and recorded accurately, and ensuring that urgent issues are dealt with immediately
• Investigating the issue to see what work is required.
• Gaining approval for repairs from management.
• Updating CRM system with all data so you can see what repairs have been completed and when, and the costs and authorisation information.

NetPMD Design & Integration is seeking a CAD Technician - Fibre Networks Designer with experience in creating detailed prints and construction packs for Fibre to the home (FTTH) designs. Harper Adams University is seeking an exceptional hybrid Technical Demonstrator and IT Technician to provide both coordination, support and delivery of applied teaching and learning on new undergraduate and short courses in robotics, mechatronics, data science, as well as providing first and second line IT technical support to both staff, students and visitors. The courses will be hosted at Harper Adams University's new hub situated in the heart of Telford, Shropshire. Short courses begin in September 2024, and the undergraduate courses commence in September 2025 at The Quad building.

Supporting the development and delivery of innovative educational programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels as well as short courses and quality IT Technical Support, working with teams in Engineering and Information Services. This is a demanding role will also involve an active contribution to the development of relationships with graduate employers, commercial and academic partners. The University has a positive policy on staff development and the appointee will be encouraged to gain additional experience and/or qualifications relevant to the post.

The successful candidate should be:

• Qualified to at least honours degree level in an engineering or a relevant subject area.
• Experience of working with robotics, automation or mechatronics systems in an industry environment.
• Experience of providing IT/AV technical support to a varied range of users.

You will be working for an M&E contractor that is a family business that has was formed over 50 years ago with a national presence. This client works with a variety of different clients, however in more recently public sector projects typically related to new large scale projects. The organisation offers services which include; mechanical design, installation and maintenance. Your new role
You will be starting a role as a Revit Technician with progression to becoming an Electrical Design Engineer.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have to need to have experience with Revit with a Building Services.
What you'll get in return
£25,000 to £30,000 with 21 days annual leave
