Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Leeds
Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Friday

My client, one of the largest facilities management organisations in the UK, is seeking a qualified Electrician who has experience working within commercial environments, carrying out all areas of planned and reactive maintenance within existing Facilities Management contracts. This is a full time and permanent opportunity, working on a mobile basis around leeds.

Main duties will include:
- Carrying out planned electrical maintenance in line with its scheduled date, following health and safety policies.
- Ensuring all faults and defects are remedied to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure all logs are kept up to date at all times.
- Carrying out reactive tasks and being proactive in highlighting areas of improvement.
- Carrying out additional FM duties in line with capabilities when appropriate.
- Contribute to the overall team and company objectives.
- Ensure the work area is left safe on completion of the job.
- Being able to be multi-skilled including basic joinery and plumbing.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- 18th edition qualified
- City & Guilds or NVQ
- Ability to record work accurately on work sheets on computer-based systems
- To be able to join a call out rota
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
