You will be responsible for managing a large commercial office space overseeing the completion of reactive and pre-planned HVAC, M&E and various other building services works within the site. This will include supervision of external sub-contractors, ensuring health and safety is complied to at all times, completing relevant compliance, liaising with the client to ensure works are completed on time, managing RAMS and much more.

Are you a Fire Alarm Engineer looking for first year earnings over £47k, every other Friday off, additional training and access to varied progression routes?

Our client operates in over 120 countries across the World and can boast some of the UK's most prestigious industrial and commercial contracts, they are rebound for their excellent packages including additional training, over 50 days of annual leave and high frequency of overtime available.

You will be required to join a dedicated team responsible for installing, testing and maintaining various fire detection and alarm systems within an industrial static site.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working with fire alarm and detection systems as well as their Gold CSCS and 17th or 18th edition.
