General Builder
Building and Refurbishment Company requires General Builder as a Foreman to lead our existing team.
The following skills are necessary:
Read drawings / set out new work and have good knowledge of all building trades.
You are also required to have a SSSTS qualification and a full driving license.
This can be a permanent P.A.Y.E. position joining our existing team or Self Employed.
P.A.Y.E would come with the following benefits as a General Builder:
£18 - £20.00 per hour
20 days paid holiday plus all Public and bank holidays paid
Company vehicle with Diesel Card
Company clothing, all PPE supplied
Company pension scheme with company making contributions to pension scheme
Self Employed would be £220.00 per day must have own vehicle.
As a General Builder:
All applicants would need to have a clean driving license preferable, clean criminal record as CRB check will be carried out, all hand tools and small tools and these must be 110v or battery.
