Role: Hygiene Operative (Nightshift)
Reports to: Hygiene Team Leader
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off
Hours: 19:00 – 7:00


About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Hygiene Operative to join our team in Epsom, Surrey. As a Hygiene Operative, you will support the Hygiene Team in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards. You will work on a rotating shift pattern of 4 nights on, followed by 4 nights off.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete tasks as advised by the Hygiene Team Leader.
• Clean and sanitise all equipment according to the cleaning schedules.
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and facilities to meet site and customer standards.
• Use equipment and chemicals as specified, adhering to hygiene cleaning cards/procedures.
• Ensure safe working practices, complying with the company’s Health & Safety policy.
• Embrace changes, improvements, and challenges to enhance business standards and hygiene performance.
• Perform any other tasks as reasonably expected.


Experience and Skills:
• Basic understanding of English literacy and numeracy.
• A can-do attitude, self-motivation, and flexibility.
• Ability to follow required quality and hygiene standards.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment (uniform provided) and standing for long periods.
• Hygiene Operative experience
