Our Cardiff Capital unit has successfully secured new projects, and we’re looking for Multi Trade Carpenters who enjoy delivering a valued service to our customers. You’ll be part of an established and friendly direct trades team working within residential properties throughout Cardiff and South Wales, completing passive fire protection works and planned refurbishment programmes.

The Multi Trade Carpenter role:
Completing passive fire protection works; this includes, but is not exclusive to, rehanging doors and fitting intumescent fire strips, door closers and general blocking up of voids with fire proof material
Undertaking first and second fix installation projects, including kitchen and bathroom fitting, as well as undertaking other minor works in plumbing, patch plastering and tiling
The ability to work professionally and demonstrate excellent customer service skills within people’s homes, including vulnerable settings
Working individually and sometimes as part of a trade team, whilst always working to complete targets.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?
Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Carpentry or able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
Qualified with an NVQ 1 or 2 in Passive Fire Control is desirable, although not essential
Demonstrable previous experience of completing passive fire protection work or refurbishment works in a domestic setting
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Carpenter role.
