This role is suited for somebody who is fully competent in all areas of running a busy city centre public house.
Although full training specific to The Queens Vaults will be given , the ideal candidate will already have run their own pub and possibly look to assist rather than be in the GM position.
However a highly ambitious and fully trained bar/kitchen/management individual will definitely be considered.
Salary from £30k to £35k depending on the successful applicants experience. Plus quarterly performance related bonuses.
