Responsibilities:
· Manage phone calls, emails, letters, packages, etc
· Maintaining contact directory list
· Assist in Company engagement activities and event coordination
· Handle agendas, travel arrangements for the Management
· Inform departments of meeting schedules via calendar invites
· Manage correspondences and reply on behalf for the Management
· Coordinate and ensure meetings schedule are up to date
· Attend Management meetings and minutes to follow up
· Assist in Business Development related Tenancy Agreement with outlets Management (includes new and renewal)
· Manage leasing, contracts, renovation and coordination with operations team
· Perform general administrative duty with focus on outlet operations team
· Facilitate communications between operations team and HQ departments
· Organize filing systems for document retrieval
· Manage utilities and merchant account processes for HQ and outlets
Qualification/ Experience:
· Diploma or relevant certifications in administration / secretarial studies
· Min. 2 years of relevant experience
· Good coordination skills
· Excellent organization and communication skills
· Ability to work independently, Bilingual in Mandarin and English
· Experience with Zoom, Outlook, Leasing Coordination, Minutes Taking and Calendar Management
