Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to work Permanent Contract in a private hospital.
Location: Leicester,
Rate Of Pay: £18 - £22 Per Hour (£37,440 - £45,760 per annum)
Shift Patterns: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Days / Nights
Information about the Role:
Working as an RMN at this Community Hospital, you will:
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, and long-term service users.
- Behave in a professional and discreet manner at all times, in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code.
- Be competent and confident in managing people with long-term health conditions.
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions/treatments for service users with complex needs.
- Proactively identify, diagnose, and manage treatment plans for service users, as appropriate.
- Prioritise health problems and intervene appropriately in complex, urgent, or emergency situations, including initiating effective emergency care.
- Work within your competence level, recognising when to seek support.
- Produce accurate, contemporaneous, and complete records of service user interactions, consistent with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Support, manage, and guide support workers daily.
- Commit to continual personal development to enhance your skills and the role.
Necessary Experience or Qualifications to work as an RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse):
- Hold a valid NMC Pin.
- Ability to work on a shift/rota pattern.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health setting.
