To provide an efficient and effective service for the processing of all subject Access Requests, Responsible for the Access to Health Records process; responding to staff, patients and other professional bodies i.e. police, solicitors, council officials on all issues relating to the Access to Health records function, Data Protection and the wider Information Governance Agenda. To undertake the function of assistant to the Information Governance Team in all aspects of their work and to deputise for the FOI Administrator as and when needed. Key working relationships Internally Staff at all levels Externally Patients Solicitors Police Other Agencies Key result areas Work to Key Performance Indicators for the Department for the purpose of quality and performance monitoring against organisational objectives. Work to the Trusts objectives as defined within Information Governance. Ensure that timescales laid down within the Access to Health Records Act, Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulations, Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Regulations Act is adhered to. Ensure that all project work/tasks are completed to agreed timescales
