Job Description:
1. Assist the vice general manager and project manager with relevant administrative tasks.
2. Managing and preparing sales documentation and reports.
3. Sales support in sampling and labelling, updating customer databases.
4. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and inventory management of raw materials.
5. Monitor market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
6. Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirement
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the chemistry/flavor industry.
3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
4. Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Proficiency in Chinese and English.
