Hazardous chemicals to be kept securely in storage areas when not in use. All cleaning equipment must be decontaminated daily and maintained in a safe usable condition - faults must be reported to a Facilities Team Leader immediately. Attend training courses including on the job training and training in the use of specific machinery as required. Cleansing cupboards are to be decontaminated and kept tidy at all times. Cleansing of infected room/bays in accordance with NUH Infection Control & Prevention Policy. Close liaison with the cleaning services and team leader and ward manager in identifying additional cleans, such as isolation rooms and bed space terminal. To act as a buddy to new starters (after training). To ensure that a clean protective uniform is worn at all times when on duty and to use relevant Personal Protection Equipment in accordance with the policies provided by the Trust. About The Role
We are looking for an experienced cleaner to take care of our Nottingham Head Office. We are located on Lower Parliament Street, opposite the Ice Arena, just a 10-15 minute walk from most City Centre bus stops, the tram and the railway station.

The roles are day shifts Monday to Friday 8:00am – 17:00pm.

Duties:
Clearing up spillages on the shop floor
Removing production debris from shop floor
Cleaning down machines on a rotating basis
Hoovering, sweeping dusty areas on the production floor and around machines
Helping to tidy up used packaging waste
Safe and neat stacking of crates
Replenish hand cleaning stations when required
Deep cleaning with others on selected areas/ machines
Any other jobs within reason.

We are looking for a professional and experienced Electrician working in a fast-paced environment and high ambitions to join the team.

Due to a continued growth in workload, we require several qualified and experienced Testing and Remedial Electricians

Job Duties

• Good sound electrical knowledge. Able to complete EICR's in commercial/Industrial properties
• Extensive knowledge of single and three-phase fault finding and 1st time fixes.
• 3 Phase DB changes
• To conduct electrical repairs / minor works.
• To liaise with the helpdesk for planned and routine maintenance programmes and reporting procedures.
• To work to recognised industry standards at all times.
• To maintain records of all work, and that required paperwork is completed and sent in within the defined timescales.
• To undertake training as required to perform the duties of the role, including health and safety courses and further trade development to maintain current knowledge and professional qualifications (Continued Professional Development).
• Ability to act on own initiative.
• Able to pass enhanced DBS disclosure
• Full driving clean licence required (Minor offences / points may be considered).
• Own hand tools required, A van for business use, Tablet device and uniform will be supplied as will any specialist / test equipment.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Must have previous experience working independently and within a team in the building services engineering industry.
• Ideally be ECS JIB registered
• C&G 2391 OR C&G 2394 & 2395 OR EAL 2625 (inspection and testing)- Candidates will be considered without this if they willing to do it and fund it themselves in the first 6 months
• C&G 2382 (18th edition regulations)- 17th will be considered if candidates commit to doing the 18th in the next three months
• C&G 2360 part 1 and 2 OR C&G 2330 level 2 and 3 OR C&G 2365 level 2 and 3 (electrical theory)C&G 2356 NVQ level 3 OR C&G 2346 NVQ level 3 OR C&G 2357 NVQ level 3 (portfolio/experienced worker assessment).AM2 (practical skills test)

• Very little working away from home and hotels are kept to a minimum due to costs
• Usually the work is within a 50 mile radius
• Candidates must be very competent with completing EICR's
