Accountable to the General Manager, and working in partnership with Service Directors and Matrons, the Deputy General Manager (DGM) will support in the operational delivery of Emergency and Acute services, focussing on delivery of the A&E waiting time standards, financial performance, governance, change and business development across the directorate. This post is a key position in the general management structure in the division providing support to the Divisional Director and Divisional Director of Operations for Surgery, Anaesthetics, Critical Care and Associate Services (SACCAS).

North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust is a medium sized District General Hospital based in Edmonton in Enfield, North London. Financial Management
Manage service budgets, ensuring optimal resource use and maintaining financial control. Monitor financial and performance targets, addressing variances and coordinating with other budget holders. Identify CIP and revenue opportunities, and lead the cost pressure processes.

Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with partners in NCL/NEL, chair meetings, and ensure SLAs and job planning are aligned to improve patient pathways and experience.

A prestigious new development is looking for a Residence Manger to deliver 5 star service and standards; managing the facilities & concierge team whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with the clients/team in a high-level setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate may be a 5* hotel manager or assistant hotel manager looking for a new challenge. Or a Head Concierge looking for their next career move from a residential setting. You must be comfortable and thrive/enjoy dealing with the residence community as well as working closely with the developer.
There is an arrangement with a local Leisure club for the residences and the building boasts a roof garden and club room

Must have:

• Experience of working as Manager/Operation manager in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5* customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
• Facilities experience, health and safety knowledge, technical knowledge of a residents infrastructure - this is a new build so their will be snagging etc..
• Track record of delivering first-class customer service
• Knowledge and proven capability of all HR processes
