Soft Landscaping Team Leaders are needed for the Warboys- PE28 area, the duties will be to supervise a Soft Landscapers who will be carrying out tasks such as Planting, Turfing, Mulching and all general soft landscaping duties and also to also carry out these same duties as well yourself

Team leading and landscaping experience is essential

You will report to the depo in the PE28 area daily

The hours are 7am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

About the role

A key leadership role within the @One Alliance; leading all aspects of the (infra or non-infra) delivery and ensuring outperformance against the Anglian Water business plan whilst exceeding partner/stakeholder expectations.

This role will be responsible for health, safety & wellbeing, financial and commercial performance, business plan related performances outcomes, all design and operational elements, development of people supporting the business and strategy development and its implementation.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage SHEA strategy, implementation and performance for the business in conjunction with the Head of SHEA, including the supply chain
• Ensure successful delivery of each project and portfolio and ensure compliance to all performance criteria
• Deliver growth targets in turnover, gainshare and programme pool, by portfolio
• Manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial controls
• Outline and implement the business and delivery plans for the business in conjunction with the overarching @one business plan and strategy.

You will need

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Evidence of growing guest satisfaction
• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
• Management experience within the hospitality industry.
• Evidence of developing successful hospitality teams.
• To be someone who thrives in a branded business, with set menus, food specs, etc.
• The ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• To be an excellent communicator and inspirational leader.
• A consistent track record of managing finance in particular sales growth, labour costs, gross margin
• Experience and passion for appraising, training, and developing team members.
