Our client is a Management Company and Office that represents a Western Australian family and their interests across a broad portfolio of property assets.
It is the responsibility of this role and the boarder management team to ensure the family is well protected in all business dealings so that the assets can benefit current and future generations.
With an active joint venture underway and more sites coming to market shortly, this role will be responsible for ensuring the portfolio is capably managed and outcomes are delivered on within the agreed outcomes set by the board.
The GM will also be responsible for managing the substantial capital resources required to fund holding and development costs of the property assets.
