1. OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES DUTIES OF THE POST The timetable will include sub-specialty clinics in glaucoma and medical retina with at least one theatre list per week. F2F DCC is worked over three and a half long days (8am 6pm) with SPA and DCC administration undertaken flexibly. The post holder will support the junior trainees and liaise closely with the nursing staff and consultants. The post holder will be expected to participate in the 1:8 on-call rota shared with the Royal Surrey County Hospital. Active participation in educational half-days, teaching sessions, research, audit and departmental meetings will be expected. The post holder will also be able to apply for study leave to attend meetings and conferences outside the region. The appointee will have secretarial support. All consulting rooms have a personal computer with access to the internet. St. Peters Hospital has a modern post-graduate centre and both sites have full library services. The Trust is committed to supporting CPD. 2. REVALIDATION AND STRENGTHENED MEDICAL APPRAISAL Revalidation of licensed doctors is required every five years and is based on comprehensive appraisals undertaken over that five year period. It is designed to improve the quality of patient care by ensuring that licensed doctors remain up to date and continue to be fit to practice. All medical staff within the organisation are expected to go through Revalidation every five years. Annual appraisal is a contractual requirement for all medical staff as part of Revalidation. It is the responsibility of each and every doctor to arrange an annual appraisal and maintain a portfolio, which contains their annual appraisal documentation, which the GMC may request to inspect should the need arise. 3. CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT The appointment will be subject to passing satisfactorily a health screening questionnaire, which, if deemed necessary will be followed up by a medical examination arranged through the Occupational Health Department prior to appointment. Confirmation of Hepatitis B immune status will be required. The Practitioner will be required to be fully registered with the General Medical Council. Leave requests should be made 6 weeks before the start of the intended leave and the leave must be discussed with colleagues within the department before being booked. Where a practitioner intends to claim reimbursement of removal or associated expenses it is important for him/her to mention this to the Trust prior to taking up the post. We're looking to recruit an In-Store Cleaning Manager.

You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.

You'll support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.

You will need to have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.

To be successful in this role you'll be an experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning. In previous roles you'll have been responsible for stock management and time recording, as well as dealing with employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.

Property Clearance Labourer/Handyman - Dartford

A labourer/handyman is needed for a long-term, full-time position in the Dartford area. Working with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance and Management companies.

Duties will include:

• To drive the team van when required.
• The installation and removal of steel doors, screens and Perma steel to both residential and commercial building across the south east region .
• All associated tasks as requested by the supervisor.
• To drive the team van when required.
• Cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, both the interior and exterior gardens. after the tenant has vacated the property.
• Remove any lounge, bedroom or kitchen furniture left behind.
• Remove any other items left behind by tenant.
• Remove all furniture, carpets, underlay, lino, curtains & blinds from customer properties.
• Remove any old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from the garden.
• Trim back hedges and grassed garden areas
• Remove any debris left in gardens/tards/driveways.
• Deliver and retrieve security keys.
• Any other tasks as directed by the site manager.
• Remove all old/damaged outbuildings/sheds from customer properties.
• Remove needles, bodily fluids & other contaminated objects on occasions when needed.
• To continually update the call Centre during jobs where needed

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime available.

These roles will become permanent after 13 weeks probation if all goes well.

Training will be provided.

Immediate starts available.

The depo is in Dartford.

You will be reporting to Dartford daily.

• It is to cover the southeast region and you will not just be working in Dartford.
• Candidates will be required to complete an induction.
• This is a demanding and physical job role.
• For the 13-week probation candidates call choose to be paid £13.52 paid holiday or £15.15 with no paid holiday.
• When candidates are taken on permanent the rate will be £13.52 + candidates will receive annual leave with BH included and other benefits.
• You must be reliable.
• You must be aware that this is property clearance, some property's will be nice and easy, and some will be hard and horrible.
