JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer service according to procedures and standards.
• Assisting and ensure a smooth daily service operations (opening and closing of outlet, taking orders, table setting, cleaning outlet etc.)
• To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on daily basis.
• Basic cashiering duties.
• To provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B department.
• To handle the beverages.
• To be familiar with all items on the menu. In this respect, you must have knowledge of all recipes, drink list, wine list and methods of preparation and preparation time.

• To take daily inventory including for bar and report any loss or damage.
• To handle guest complaints and feedbacks effectively and communicate to the immediate supervisor for follow up.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Underwriting, you shall be responsible to:

• Assist in the pricing of product premiums and draft/review policy wordings/schedule for product development/revamp for all consumer lines of business, which includes but not limited to Motor, Home, Travel, Critical Illness, Personal Accident, Maid, Mobile Phone, etc
