- Manage the Directorate’s Property Hand Receipts.
- Monitor the movement of non-dispensable and other specifically designated property.
- Perform technical, administrative, and analytical tasks for property accountability.
- Conduct investigations to determine cause of inventory discrepancies by contacting Hand Receipt Holders.
- Submit procurement requirements within the Division’s General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) as associated with contracts or government purchase card activities
- Monitors contractor compliance with scope of work (SOW) requirements and implements supplemental directives and contract modifications.
- Serve as a central control point for Government Purchase Card (GPC) acquisitions and as an alternate for contracting.
- Assist the Government Credit Card Approving Official/Certifying Officer with purchases of office supplies, equipment, materials, durables, etc.
- Ensure all contracted items are received via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
