Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fields
2. Fluent Professional level Mandarin/Chinese Language is a must.

Job responsibilities : 

1. Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company's long-term growth and success.

The qualified candidate will serve as an Information Assurance professional within an established Information Security team. Under the direction of the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) the position specific responsibilities will include:

Primary Responsibilities

• This role may include a combination of duties to protect information and maintain security controls for an entire system, site, or program to reduce risk.
• Assist in managing risks related to the use of processing, storing, or transmitting information within an Information System
• Establish, implement, and manage security procedures and practices in support of customer requirements and objectives.
• Reduce or eliminate impact to confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information and information systems.
• Develop and update assessment and authorization documentation of information systems.
• Validate security policies and procedures outlined in the System Security Plan.
• Take corrective action to resolve problems identified and ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop process for the management, review, and retention of security audit data.  Report audit discrepancies to the ISSM.
• Perform security audits IAW established procedures. 
• Establish system specific recovery processes to ensure security features and procedures are properly protected and restored.
• Conduct vulnerability management (scanning, assessment, reporting, and mitigation verification), security reviews and tests of systems to verify security features and controls are functional and effective. Take corrective action to resolve identified vulnerabilities.
• Perform periodic maintenance on systems to include installation of operating system patches and updating virus definitions.
• Install hardware and software as required.
• User account management.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance is required for consideration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Information Technology/Network Administration or related discipline, or 2 - 4 years of direct experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Possess a current DoD 8570.01 compliant certification for IAM Level II, e.g. Security + w/CE, or the ability to obtain either within 6 months of employment.
• A working knowledge of Linux-based Information Systems with basic experience with Windows operating systems.
• The qualified candidate shall have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting security audits of information systems.
• Extensive training or experience with Windows-based Information Systems with a working knowledge of LINUX operating systems.
• Vulnerability assessment and analysis experience utilizing SCAP, ACAS/NESSUS and DISA STIGs
• Experience with DoD implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and governing directives (NIST, CNSS, DSS, etc.)

• Conduct antitrust risk assessments, including proactively identifying new risks facing the organization and helping to create strategies to manage and minimize risk.
• Continuously monitor and refine antitrust policies, controls, training materials and communications, including providing training to teammates.
• Stay current on antitrust laws and regulations in the Americas and globally.
• Identify and analyze antitrust trends, with a focus on the industries in which Bridgestone operates, offering strategic guidance to address emerging issues.
• Conduct investigations involving antitrust and other compliance related matters, maintaining a thorough and impartial approach.
• Engage with senior leader and business stakeholders, cultivating support and commitment for the antitrust and ethics and compliance programs.
• Work effectively and collaboratively with other members of the Bridgestone West Ethics and Compliance Team and outside counsel, supporting other areas of the ethics and compliance program including compliance related sustainability matters and reporting, oversight of program roll-out in specific entities, etc.

• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience practicing antitrust law.
• Solid understanding of antitrust laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a deep understanding of the different businesses and developing strong relationships with different functional areas.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, operate under pressure with diligence, organization, and minimal supervision.
• Legal writing and research skills, as well the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and translate complex legal and economic concepts into simple and understandable guidance and training.
• A team focused and growth mindset. 

Candidates who have two or more years in any of the following areas are likely to stand out:

• Experience with international antitrust.
• Experience working in multi-jurisdictional teams.
• Experience working for the U.S. Department of Justice or other regulatory body, a law firm renowned for antitrust practice or experience working for a mature global corporation.

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experience
