DBS Cleaners needed in Fawley - x2 positions available.

We are looking for x2 cleaners for long term cleaning work in the Fawley SO45 Area

Job Duties are all general cleaning duties, wiping, dusting, touch point cleaning, toilets etc

The position is Monday to Friday 13.00pm - 16.00pm (15 Hours per week)

£12.00 per hour

Candidates must be able to pass an alcohol and drugs test.

What youll do The role will involve: Undertaking all aspects of general and trauma radiography, fluoroscopy and interventional imaging across 4 departments. Providing high quality imaging for in-patients, out-patients, direct access patients and trauma patients. Full participation in the shift roster covering the 24/7 service is essential. Taking on the role of team leader across a variety of imaging departments, including a busy Emergency X-ray service within our Major Trauma centre. Serving as a mentor and teacher for students, supernumerary staff and junior members of the team. Taking on additional responsibilities to contribute to the management of the department which will add to your CV appeal. What were looking forYou'll need to have suitable previous experience working as a diagnostic radiographer, an ability to stay calm under pressure and excellent imaging techniques. It would be highly desirable for you to have proven supervisory experience.

Our Cleaning Team undertake a comprehensive cleaning regime at our customers premises including bakery equipment, ovens, restaurant areas and associated facility structures.

As the Supervisor of this team, you will oversee and co-ordinate all deep cleaning activities at our clients sites.

The roles involves supervising and working alongside cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also liaise with the sites managers and Wanzl office ensuring correct levels of inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Hours of work 4 x 10 hours shifts per week

What we need from you:

• You'll need to live within Bournemouth , Worthing , Southampton, Portsmouth, Poole
• Have experience of supervising a small team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional weekends and overnight stays away.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and communication purposes.
• A valid driver's license is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, friendly, and self-motivated individual with extensive safeguarding knowledge to undertake a 12 month secondment in an operational leadership role within the Trust Safeguarding team and to support with the ongoing implementation of the Trust's Safeguarding Strategy.

We are looking for an individual who has sound inter-personal and multi-tasking skills with a comprehensive knowledge of Child and Adult Safeguarding and MCA Legislation and Frameworks. The individual will be required to work flexibly within a small team in a busy and at times challenging working environment.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner with extensive post qualifying experience including working within a safeguarding specialist role. A degree is essential with evidence of further study relevant to the Safeguarding Children and Adults agenda.

The post offers a high level of job satisfaction with the opportunity to gain leadership experience with support from the Named Nurses. The post also offers a breadth of experience in an acute hospital environment including multi-disciplinary working, multi-agency working, audit, training and Safeguarding policy development.

The successful candidate will need to be dynamic, patient centred, self-motivated and flexible, leading and working collaboratively within the Trust Safeguarding Team to deliver the Safeguarding Children and Adults and MCA Agenda across the Trust. An ability to work autonomously and work to deadlines is essential as is having excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
