What you’ll be doing
As the Professional Registration Engagement Co-Ordinator, you will be supporting the development needs of Members planning to achieve professional registration. You’ll work collaboratively with the Accredited Employer scheme coordinators and others, to ensure joined up preparation and processing of professional registration applications from individual cohort and other sources. Cross-team collaboration is essential across the directorate.
What we hope you can bring to the role
You’ll have previous experience in customer facing roles that have incorporated high end support in a membership organisation. You’ll have excellent presentation skills with practice of running webinars/in-person sessions. You will be highly organised with a proactive approach to the role – working on own initiative is essential and you’ll be competent in setting and managing tight deadlines.

A little more about the role
• Maximise the engagement functionality outreach across Accredited Employer development schemes and other professional development activity aimed at supporting the development needs of Members planning to achieve professional registration
• Create and deliver effective guidance material (e-classes/webinars/face to face delivery) covering the requirements of professional registration
• Work collaboratively with the Accredited Employer scheme coordinators (in company), and others, to ensure joined up preparation and processing of professional registration applications from individual cohort and other sources
• Work collaboratively with the IET team who manage the IET mentored PD schemes to ensure joined up preparation and processing of professional registration applications from individual
• Manage and report on the readiness of the scheme members formal submissions to the Professional Registration Engagement Manager, and Senior Professional Registration Coordinators (Administration and Processing).
Other
• To undertake any other duties and projects at the request of the line manager
• To comply with data protection legislation and act responsibly on matters of data disclosure both internally and to third parties
• To be familiar with the Health and Safety and Fire policies for the organisation and to attend mandatory updates where required

• Flexible and adaptable as traveling out of office hours may a requirement of the role.
• Highly organised as planning and managing set deadlines is essential
• High emotional intelligence with a strong appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service
