• Monitors possible defects such as clogged toilets and lights out, and reports to supervisors.
• Collect building trash daily placing it in approved container and place in designated collection area for subsequent removal.
• Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers per specs.
• Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways at building entrances and connecting walkways/sidewalks as directed.
• Performs periodic work: High dusting, leather and wood surface (non-floor) polishing, wall washing, venetian blind cleaning, as assigned by the Supervisor Assembles all necessary equipment Removes/replaces designated carpet tiles.

Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities – Production Area Cleaner:

• Works safely and must be aware of surroundings
• Sanitizes production rooms and controlled environments in accordance with procedures
• Sanitizes and cleans Laboratory areas (Chemistry, Bio/Micro), and sterility suites
• Sanitizes and scrubs machines, tables, counters, trash containers, component bins, and conveyors
• Mops and scrubs floors, doors, walls, and ceilings
• Operate Ride-on floor scrubber in warehouse and production facility aisles
• Clean warehouse walls, floors, racking, doors
• Gathers and removes trash from all production areas and laboratories
• Completes documentation and records of sanitation
• May be responsible for the cleaning & janitorial services to support non-production/office areas
• Cleans processing equipment, overhead pipes, and conveyors in both dry and wet processing areas
• Clean facility building, grounds, lighting, parking lots
• Perform pre-op swabbing as required
• Gather debris and trash such as cardboard, tape, shrink wrap, paper and damaged product resulting from distribution functions
• Documents and verifies activities supporting Company Food Safety & Quality Assurance Programs
• Must be able to work off of aerial equipment as much as forty feet above the ground.
• Maintains plant cleanliness (Empties scrap bins into compactor - cleans empty bins – cleans compactor area)
• Carry out daily Hygiene checks throughout the warehouse
• Reports to Sanitation Supervisor daily
• Interface with all employees, USDA officials, and QA/QC
• Maintain a positive work environment for your co-workers

Key Role:

Work with senior decision makers in the lead office responsible for acquisition policy and innovation that delivers warfighting capability at speed, with priorities to create, train, and implement the Adaptive Acquisition Framework and support the development of data-driven decision making and providing acquisition data governance, access, and analytics. Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working for the DoD, Joint Service, or a Service-level staff office developing executive level briefings and deliverables
• Experience evaluating and overseeing program execution of near-term, mid-term, and long-term projects
• Experience performing evaluations, studies, and analyses in support of program oversight for the DoD with respect to the PPBE system, the DAS, and JCIDS
• Ability to support senior executives in task and calendar tracking, technical reviews of materials, strategic guidance, and programmatic recommendations, and the development of reports, information papers, presentation material, talking points, and official correspondence
• Ability to perform technical writing, and incorporate and integrate the writing of others into a smooth, comprehensive, and readable technical document for senior-level consumption and consideration
• Ability to interface smoothly and comfortably with program managers and engineers from the various Services, agencies, and combatant commands and program management offices to collect and assimilate required data
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with task management software, including CATMS and basic DoD staffing coordination processes
• Experience managing policy documents and congressional correspondence
• Knowledge of Adaptive Acquisition Framework and related DoD 5000 Series Rewrite efforts

THE JOB

Responsible for cleaning and overall daily upkeep of the venue. This includes cleaning inside and outside the venue and ensuring a clean and safe environment. All employees must adhere to established COVID-19 safety regulations and procedures.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Responsible for keeping the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night
• Stocking all necessary items before guests enter the venue
• Keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
• Making sure guests’ seats are clean from any debris before doors open 
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Use light and heavy (commercial type) floor (buffers) and shampoo machines including attachments.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas. Spot clean daily and shampoo when directed rugs. Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and all other horizontal surfaces including periodic high dusting.

• Monitors possible defects such as clogged urinals and lights out, and reports to supervisors.

• Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways at building entrances and connecting walkways/sidewalks as directed.

THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking a Clerk – Cleaning and Maintenance Services to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Assist maintenance department with maintaining the venue grounds, landscape and buildings.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

THE JOB

The Assistant General Manager will provide support and assistance to the General Manager.  This role will work closely with division leadership, local municipalities and will have a close tie to all hourly event-based employees at the venue.   This role will also assist by supporting additional Live Nation venues within the region when needed.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including but not limited to, front of house operations, preventive maintenance, third party contracting, limited governmental relationships, and staffing.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises part-time staff/supervisors, including but not limited to: Security, Parking/Traffic, Cashiers, Maintenance, and Ushers/Ticket Takers.
• Develops and oversees overhead expense budget for House Departments.
• Assists, in coordination with the General Manager, in preparation of annual operations budget.
• Maintains and monitors records of all incident reports.  Investigates and manages all pending cases, including interviewing staff and attending arbitration hearings as necessary.
• In conjunction with all management and other personnel works to provide a safe and enjoyable facility for guests and employees including all Service Culture training.
• Ensure optimum operating condition of all theater equipment, such as communication equipment and crowd control devices.
• Investigate and resolve guest related complaints.
• Implementation and execution of all Live Nation policies, procedures, and programs.
• Develop and implement recruiting program for seasonal event staff and other seasonal positions.
• Develop and coordinate the Injury Prevention Program for staff.
• Development and maintenance of municipality relationships including police, fire, rescue, parks and other departments.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third party vendors to ensure safe, efficient and successful events
• Respond to patron complaints as necessary
• Coordinate with facilities team to develop long term preventive maintenance programs, capital expenditure programs, and other asset protection and improvement programs
• Coordinate and actively communicate to the neighboring businesses and residents as needed.
• Provides support to neighboring venues within the region/market.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or comparable work experience
• Minimum 5 years experience as a manager in a hospitality related business
• Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays)

• Previous experience working with local municipalities, such as police, fire, etc.

THE JOB
US Concerts is seeking a Zero Waste Captain to help us take our sustainability programs to the next level. This role is the backbone and driving force for helping us become zero waste through sorting and educating others. This position will partner with the Venue Sustainability Coordinator and be part of the venue operations team. This is a seasonal, part-time position for show days. Hours per week will vary depending on show schedule and business.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Assist in the post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials
• Be an ambassador to all Band Members in order to help them understand their role in achieving the venue’s sustainability goals
• Assist in employee engagement programs such as the water bottle refill punch cards, post-show sort giveaways and new ideas
• Engage fans and encourage them to participate in our sustainability programs through activities or education
• Participate in Zero Waste Captain training

THE JOB

Oak Mountain Amphitheatre is so excited to have you as our venue’s Zero Waste Captain to help us take our Sustainability Program to the next level! This role will provide the successful implementation of the venue’s sustainability program. This position will operate under the guidance of Oak Mountain Amphitheatre’s Sustainability Manager. This is a seasonal, part-time position. Hours per week will vary depending on the show schedule and business needs at the time.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

● Participate in pre-season orientation with Live Nation’s national Sustainability Team ● Work directly under the Sustainability Manager to help with venue training sessions relevant to sustainability ● Clock in and sign in pre-show ● Keep “Sustainability Alley” clean pre-show, during-show, and post-show ● Zero Waste Captains will come to the Sustainability Manager for questions and guidance ● Continuously seek out opportunities that help build enthusiasm and participation in venue sustainability efforts ● Provide regular updates to the Sustainability Manager to share progress hindrances, recognize other Zero Waste Captains who have worked diligently and gone above and beyond to help make the Sustainability Program successful, and identify areas of improvement ● Communicate with the Sustainability Manager via walkie-talkie during the show ● Communicate thoroughly with Oak Mountain Amphitheatre’s Operations Assistant, who will be sorting trash and assisting with recycling on Sustainability Alley ● Be prepared to come on time pre-show and be at the Zero Waste Captain tent on Sustainability Alley at the time advised by the Sustainability Manager ● Be prepared to stay post-show with the Sustainability Manager and the Operations Assistant to ensure all recycling/trash has been sorted (if you need to leave earlier, be sure to talk to the Sustainability Manager first and don’t forget to clock out so you can get paid) ● Expected to work the day after each show for post-show recycling sorting

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

● With direction from the Sustainability Manager, you will help assist with the pre-show and post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials, which will take place in an outdoor covered area ● Be present on show days and be sure to stay hydrated and take water breaks ● Identify key opportunities to improve diversion efforts throughout the season Qualifications ● Position on show days requires about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs.+, with about 50% of that time spent helping/overseeing the sorting of materials ● High School Diploma or equivalent ● At least 1 year in one of the following: operations/event coordination, Guest Services and communications, event or campus sustainability/zero waste events ● Creative thinker and problem solver ● Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills ● Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy ● A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs ● Time Management
