As a Supervisory General Attorney, GS-0905-14, you will be responsible for:
•    Ensuring that the team's complaint investigations, compliance reviews, and proactive enforcement activities are factually accurate and legally sound.
•    Providing professional leadership and guidance to team members in conducting, and improving civil rights complaint investigations, compliance review, proactive enforcement, and technical assistance activities.  
•    Providing legal guidance to the team on the analysis of evidence, investigative reports, resolution letters, and negotiated settlements.  
•    Planning and conducting complete on-site investigations.  
•    Conducting compliance reviews of selected recipient institutions with respect to the requirements of appropriate statues and regulations.

Vibe Recruit is seeking a General Operative to join their client's team based in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.

As a General Operative, your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely supply of materials to and from machines, packing products, and managing their transfer to the warehouse.

Location - Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire

Hours of work - 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Salary - £25,022 per annum (subject to review in April)

• Material Handling - Transporting rolls, storing them on racks, transferring them to and from machines, and retrieving pallets and packaging.
• Pallet truck & spike truck driving
• Coil packing & labelling
• Roll pallet stretch wrapping & labelling
• Core cutting
• Check product output to spot any machine or material related mistakes or flaws
• Inputting of data & transactions in the company computer systems inc. records of approved and defective units or final products.

What will I do in this position if hired?

In this General Engineer position, you will serve as General Engineer for Regional Offices, Region One Mitigation Division, Hazard Mitigation Assistance Division.

Typical assignments include:

• Review architectural designs submitted.
• Evaluate engineering feasibility
• Interpret blueprints and site layouts for mitigation projects.

This announcement is for a position as a CORE (Cadre of On-Call Response/Recovery Employee). CORE employees are full-time employees hired to directly support the response and recovery efforts related to disasters. Employees are hired under the Robert T. Stafford Act and are excluded from the provisions of title 5, United States Code, governing jobs in the competitive service. They can be hired under a streamlined process instead of a competitive process. After three years of continuous service, Stafford Act employees may be granted competitive eligibility to apply for permanent full-time positions at FEMA.

This position will be hired into a temporary 4-year, excepted service appointment. Appointments may be renewed based on workload, funding, and supervisory approval.

Our client based in Inchinnan, a well-respected employer within the local area, requires Cleaners to start as soon as possible. This will be a Temporary opportunity initially, with a view to transfer on to a permanent contract. Cleaner will be required to complete general cleaning of warehouse/site, consisting of mopping floors, using buffer.

£12.00 per hour

Day shift 8:00am to 4:00pm = 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
