Job Title: Multi Tradesman - Property Services

Temp to perm work Monday- Friday. 40 hours paid.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Tradesman to join our team in Cannock. As a Multi Tradesman, you will play a pivotal role in our property services sector, focusing on repairs and maintenance work within council homes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment where your skills and expertise will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance work in council homes to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Perform a wide range of multi-trade tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, plastering, tiling, and general maintenance.
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and service targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Multi Tradesman in the property services sector.
- CSCS, NVQ, willing to do DBS check. Own tools, Transport and full ppe.
- A strong background in multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, plastering, and tiling.
- Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Van and fuel card will be provided within this role. Minimum 6 points and a valid UK drivers' licence.
