Job DescriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric personnel/ general builder to join a team working within the Building Fabric Maintenance team across a varied site, completing reactive works for tenants. No major building work is required.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out general building and allied trades work in connection with the maintenance and minor alterations required on site.
• Carry out first inspections
• Undertake preventative works
• Tasks such as replacing slabs, replacing roof tiles, addressing roof leaks.

• Experience in a similar role is essential.

• Maintenance/ Bricklayer Qualification is desirable

Overview of Role:

The primary responsibility of the Gas Engineer will be to maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties. They will ensure that the heating & hot water systems are operating efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
