Will Writer

We're looking for will writers and experienced estate planning paralegals to join our team.

At Co-op Legal Services we're passionate about developing our colleagues. We offer internal trainee solicitor programmes with a bias towards estate planning as well as plenty of opportunities for progression. In this role, you'll manage estate planning cases end to end, alongside drafting and taking instructions on a variety of wills and associated estate planning documents. We'll look to you to communicate with clients remotely, providing an outstanding service and case resolution. You'll gain exposure to a variety of cases, allowing you to build on your knowledge within a supportive team. What you'll do:

In this role, you'll drive growth in our data and analytics income streams by creating and managing data-media ecosystem that effectively leverage Co-op's unique convenience shopper data with brands and media agencies. We offer internal trainee solicitor programmes with a bias towards estate planning as well as plenty of opportunities for progression. In this role, you'll manage estate planning cases end to end, alongside drafting and taking instructions on a variety of wills and associated estate planning documents. We'll look to you to communicate with clients remotely, providing an outstanding service and case resolution. You'll gain exposure to a variety of cases, allowing you to build on your knowledge within a supportive team. What you'll do:

* document and write wills of various complexity, write powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation, making sure all paperwork is accurate and professionally written
* communicate with clients and external partners via the phone and written communication throughout each case
* manage an incoming case load and work with those parties involved towards the successful completion of a case
* accurately maintain client records and correspondence on our systems, making sure that all compliance and regulatory standards are met

This role would suit people who have:

* previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters
* some experience of managing cases
* the ability to build positive relationships and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
* a high level of attention to detail
* the ability to prioritise and manage your own caseload to deliver against targets

Retail Media Product Manager

£37,000 to £43,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

We're looking for a Retail Media Product Manager to join our Co-op Media Network. In this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home, the office, and visiting our stores (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).



As a Retail Media Product Manager, you'll be part of a team focused on revolutionising the way media is valued in the convenience market. We'll look to you to support in the co-ordination, planning and implementation of new media capabilities. You'll support the wider team as our inhouse subject matter expert, specifically in the construction of new business cases and collaborating with internal and external partners to unlock new capabilities.



What you'll do

- Drive the development of innovative advertising products and services tailored for the convenience retail sector, including instore digitisation and personalised marketing
- Oversee the lifecycle of each advertising product, from inception to market launch, looking after ongoing enhancements based on market feedback and technological advancements
- Work closely with our sales and operations teams to make sure that product offerings are well-integrated into the broader market strategy
- Conduct market research to find opportunities for product enhancement, keeping up to date with market trends
- Lead the completion of the product plan, whilst coordinating partners and running working groups
- Collaborate with agencies and strategic advertiser partners to assess interest, minimal viable requirements, and success measures of new innovations



This role would suit people who have

- Retail media or performance media experience
- Experience in managing agency relationships
- The ability to create new product business cases, and building/launching something new to market
- The confidence to meet with partners at all levels with the ability to influence and challenge decisions
- Experience in dealing with and understanding commercial value
