We're seeking a HR Policy Writer to become a part of our team, specializing in crafting HR policies and associated documentation to support our business operations.
Package - £34,000 per annum
- Based in Liverpool Head Office
- 28 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days upon 5 years’ service (inclusive of bank holidays)

Job Overview - Working with the People Team departments to create various HR Policies.
- Creating supporting documentation including staff handbooks and manager guidelines.
- Work closely with senior leaders in the people team to ensure that our content complies with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Regularly review and update company policies and associated documents in response to legislative changes and evolving business requirements.

Minimum Criteria To Apply - Previous experience in policy writing, ideally within a HR setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to effectively create and manage documents.
- The ability to work autonomously, conducting thorough research and anticipating upcoming changes in relevant topics.
