This role presents an opportunity to join the Consumer Lending Chief Controls Office within the Framework & Data Insights - RCSA Performance team, delivering a broad range of activities that focus on how Consumer Lending as a business runs its non-financial control environment.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the transformation of Event and Operational Loss management processes, ensuring RCSA is updated accurately meeting data quality standards.
- Building and driving adoption of real-time, data-led, visually engaging insights on RCSA Performance, across all Consumer Lending products.
- Producing data insight reports for Consumer Lending Controls Oversight meetings covering continuous risk management performance and exceptions reporting.
- Forming relationships across all lines of risk management to understand future Event Management and Operational Loss reporting requirements, and to drive action on specific issues or changes.

What you'll need
We're looking for a risk framework and reporting professional, ideally with a qualification and experience in a related field (e.g. finance or risk & control management) or, alternatively, having gained expertise through experience in a similar function along with:
- You'll possess a good level of knowledge of RCSA Handbook and in particular Operational Risk Management Events, which will help you review and challenge data and highlight poor quality or emerging issues/trends.
- You'll be analytical and have expertise in the use of RCSA. This should include both the structure of data and the extraction of that data.
- You'll communicate with confidence - conveying and presenting sophisticated issues accurately (written and verbal) to technical and senior audiences.
- You'll build collaborative relationships internally within Consumer Lending Chief Controls Office and the Conduct Compliance and Operational Risk teams.
- There'll be a need to balance conflicting priorities and deliver work to a high standard in what is a broad, dynamic role.
- You'll be expected to take responsibility for challenging existing processes to drive efficiency and adopt change early.
