- Carry out the execution of corporate events, tradeshows and similar special events.
- Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
- Provide support to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives.
- Complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Attend to events and delegate related enquiries.
- Deliver events collaterals (e.g. ads, banners, print materials and gifts)
- Consolidate, track and ensure all GSTCE sponsors’ entitlements are fulfilled.
- Any other admin duties not mentioned above.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledgeof MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity withmarketing software and online applications (e.g. CMS - WordPress, video editing and social media marketing)
- Good to have but not compulsary knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)
- Passion for events management and its best practices
