• Support in the execution of in-store communications packages, delivering against key customer & commercial propositions.
• Support transformation of POS processes to maximise efficiency, minimise waste, deliver business plans and improve quality perceptions. ​
• You'll liaise with internal teams (LS Eleven/Traders) and external stakeholders (print/design & experiential agencies), and will be responsible for delivering and checking activity bookings and artwork to ensure the brief is answered with minimum amends.
• Management of all activity through weekly reporting on critical paths - keeping all stakeholders informed on Red, Amber, Green projects and identifying key trends to fix common issues. Whilst ensuring timely sign offs, to agreed guidelines & templates
• Accountability to bring in activity to agreed budgets & executing campaigns in the most cost-efficient way.
• Keeping toolkits and guidelines up to date and accurate
• Working "hand in hand" with the retail operations teams to ensure that what is created can be landed right first time & is the right thing for our stores
• Ensure all activity is legally compliant by attending legal surgeries to ensure all brand communication/competitions are approved
• Provide strong leadership which role models Asda Beliefs and demonstrates cultural awareness
