The postholder is expected, after an appropriate length of time to settle in, to take part in the on-call out of hours rota one night a week for which an additional allowance is paid. The night can be flexible to meet commitments but as we are a small team it is not something that can be waived. You will be supported by a senior team member while on call. Previous experience of being on a rota would be helpful. The media team is London based. It is possible to work from the Manchester office but you will need to be comfortable working remotely from close team members. • Support the development of a Event’s strategy and direction, through idea generation to enrich the value proposition Informa Markets provides

• Support the design of the Event experience, ensuring a high-quality level of delivery in support of the Event’s strategy and customer needs

• Develop deep industry knowledge through internal and external relationships

• Develop and improve the customer experience at each Event, ensuring feedback is collated, highlighted and incorporated

JOB SUMMARY
