Position Summary
1. Maximize the ROI(Return on Investment) on marketing investments by planning a systematic media strategy that is linked to the business and product strategy and integrated marketing strategy.
2. Devise the optimal investment plan by setting KPIs for media investments and managing performance.
Role and Responsibilities
Act as media expertise both offline & online
- Devises strategies for media plans and oversees all planning and buying
- Execute and operate media in order to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI)
- Understand bidding and optimizing for ads campaign to meet objective. (Retargeting, Lead Generation, Reach, CTR.)
- Evaluate the performance of initiatives and provide reviews of campaigns and trends using online and offline outlets
- Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns
- Analyze and evaluate keywords and web traffic to improve the performance of search marketing and other digital media and make recommendations to improve conversions
- Collect and process raw data to get some core insights on user behavior, needs, trends, habits, etc. in the digital channels
- Account management and monitoring campaign delivery results and KPI
- Provide analyze reporting to present with clients to review campaign performance
- Develop and manage data analysis reports to summarize and forecast business
- Be proactive and propose solutions to correct run rates and improve ROI
- Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
BU Campaigns Management
- Fully involve in the environment analysis of market, competitor and product and conduct competitor benchmarking required for setting communication & media strategy.
- Co-lead in the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that touch various consumer touch points and manage the overall campaign executions (with key focus on media) until launch. Review post campaign performance and implications for improvement.
- Work together with stakeholders to manage a robust marketing calendar across integrated platforms
- Coordinate various projects, working closely with the internal, Regional and Head Quarter Corporate Communications team to advance communication priorities and develop effective integrated communication plans
- Track campaign performance to ensure effectiveness of responsible communications channel to achieve KPI
Social Platforms Management
- Act as an expert on digital and social media communications best practices, tools and platform for corporate communications.
- Act as a control tower to co-ordinate with cross functions to monitor, manage, and improve performance of all Samsung social platforms. Focusing on HA & MON
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication or other related fields
- Minimum 10-15 years working experience in media planning, digital media planning & analysis and search marketing more experience will be considered as a senior position
- Experience in Search Engine Marketing and account management is preferable
- Passion for Mobile application, Search Engine Marketing the Customer and Analytics
- Good knowledge or experience in SEM or biddable is an advantage
- Passion for delivering results and driving internal and external customer success
- Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken with computer literacy
- Strong interested in electronic products and mobile devices
