William de Ferrers School is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Media Studies to join our team at an exciting new phase in the school’s journey. Here are the skills you'll need:


- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a writing-based field such as English or Law
- Some experience in a technical writing role is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience undertaking extensive writing projects responding to briefs
- Passion for writing and a competitive spirit
- Ability to work on own initiative while supporting company goals
- Ability to gather and present persuasive evidence
- Creativity, adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Skills to prepare information methodically and carefully
- Focus to respond accurately to requirements and deadlines
