Social Media Executive

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative social media executive to work with a hugely successful company to take responsibility for the creative output across our hotel and F&B brands, social and digital channels. This role calls for a talented all-rounder with initiative and drive along with a skill set that includes:Video Producing/Editing,Photography along with some Graphic Design skills and Copywriting ability

The role would suit a social media native, who

* Understands current social trends and content creation to grow our social media channels and engagement

* You must have experience of managing and creating content for Instagram and Facebook and a working knowledge of other social platforms

* This role requires planning, creation and design editing skills and as part of the Digital Team and the wider Marketing team

* You will be responsible visual content creation of the brands

* Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, as well as key stakeholders and applicable external agency

* You will manage the social media accounts,

* Helping to create, manage and deliver the strategy for each brand and channel

* You must have excellent creative, written and communication skills, with the ability to create, plan and prioritise

* Be flexible, be self-motivated, multi-task, and adaptable

* A can-do attitude with the proactivity to manage your own schedule is necessary, along with the creative capacity to manage different brands across different channels, each requiring different tones of voice and communicating with different audiences

* Within this role you will also support coordinating the focus of the digital platforms, it's visuals, videography, copywriting, and campaign content

* Along with organic social media channels, your content should, where feasible and appropriate, be usable across other channels such as email or paid ads

What we look for

* Experience managing social media platforms for a comparable brand-led business

* Able to deliver high quality video and photography

* Post-production and editing of video and photography

* Experience in designing brand content for social channels, web, on desktop and mobile

* Creative thinker, articulate and persuasive and able to communicate operational initiatives and outcomes to a broad range of stakeholder groups

* Proficient in editing platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

* Premier Pro Experience of leading the content creation process in a comparable brand-led business

* Ability to multitask several creative projects

Bid Writer
£35,000 to £45,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Hybrid working, in this role you'll travel weekly to our Scunthorpe (DN15 9GE) and Manchester (M60 0AG) offices (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

We're looking for a Bid Writer to join our new bid team in Co-op Wholesale. As a Bid Writer, you'll produce professionally written sales and tender proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition. We'll look to you to craft tailored responses for large clients, making sure we keep to our tone of voice, copy guidelines and brand standards. This is a new and exciting opportunity to start your career within Co-op Wholesale, with the chance to grow, develop and make a positive impact on the way we do business.

What you'll do
- Develop and write proposals that align with our value proposition and brand guidelines
- Coordinate and engage with multiple senior leaders and internal teams to gather necessary information to support proposal development
- Make decisions on the presentation and content of proposals to make sure they meet our client needs and compliance requirements
- Manage deadlines and make sure submissions of proposals are completed in a timely manner
- Look for opportunities to create and participate in projects aimed at process improvements in proposal development

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to address both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
- Strong determination and self-motivation to deliver to strict timelines
- The ability to build and manage relationships with key internal partners
- Strong IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint confidently

Will Writer
£24,000 - £26,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6B)
Remote, UK wide - or on site at our offices if preferred

We're looking for will writers and experienced estate planning paralegals to join our team.

At Co-op Legal Services we're passionate about developing our colleagues. We offer internal trainee solicitor programmes with a bias towards estate planning as well as plenty of opportunities for progression. In this role, you'll manage estate planning cases end to end, alongside drafting and taking instructions on a variety of wills and associated estate planning documents. We'll look to you to communicate with clients remotely, providing an outstanding service and case resolution. You'll gain exposure to a variety of cases, allowing you to build on your knowledge within a supportive team. What you'll do:

* document and write wills of various complexity, write powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation, making sure all paperwork is accurate and professionally written
* communicate with clients and external partners via the phone and written communication throughout each case
* manage an incoming case load and work with those parties involved towards the successful completion of a case
* accurately maintain client records and correspondence on our systems, making sure that all compliance and regulatory standards are met

This role would suit people who have:

* previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters
* some experience of managing cases

* a high level of attention to detail
