Responsible for implementing and overseeing 354 FSS content/social media program strategy. Under the direct supervision of the Supervisory Marketing Director, within guidelines, develops FSS strategy and implements tactical plans including building traffic, inciting engagement and growing community social media involvement and tracking and reporting metrics. Responsible for creating, editing, publishing, administering, and removing social media content. Must be mobile and may be subject to irregular duty hours for event coverage after hours and weekends to offer media support/live streaming to our social media platforms. Prepares video presentations to promote FSS events and activities.

Maintains social media content including, but not limited to; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Mobile Application. Tracks user analytics for each social media platform. Continuously explores, recommends, uses, and optimizes communication methods and technologies to engage with customers and to maximize the squadron's branding, products, and services. Identifies relevant new strategies and technology to increase customer engagement and to create online brand exposure. Makes use of a variety of artistic techniques through video/design software for digital media. Administers surveys, focus groups, collects data, tabulates responses, and assists the Marketing Director in analyzing results. Makes recommendations to the Marketing Director on program modifications and enhancements. Assists the Marketing Director in developing communication strategies to determine the most effective and efficient method of reaching the target market. Assists in the distribution of publicity materials to all activities.

• Provides emergency 911 and dispatching services. Determines the nature of the emergency in accordance with established guidelines.
• Provides medical response dispatch services to callers. Incumbent verifies the location and call back number for a medical patient and determines the severity of the emergency situations in accordance with 97 MDG approved protocols.
• Maintains maps, checklists and charts, including automated programs.
• Operates and maintains telephones, automated data processing equipment, printers, recorders, facsimile equipment, and other devices installed in the dispatch center.
• Prepares and maintains reports and records relating to emergency responses.
• Performs Civil Engineer Service Call operations. Incumbent serves as single point of contact to receive and verify work requirements and refer emergency request to the appropriate civil engineer shop standby personnel during after duty hours, down days, and holidays.

Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to develop, plan, organize, administer and instruct within the Air University Teaching and Learning Center's writing programs. Develops and administers Writing Center tutor training programs.

Duties:

• Program Director for the AUTLC Writing Center.
• Develops and maintains materials in support of AUTLC Writing Center and AU educational programs.
• Performs Writing Center Program evaluation duties.
