Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of event management experience, preferably in large-scale events.

The Commercial Products team manages a fleet of custom-built systems that perform critical functions for our Sales Operations, Traffic, Finance, and Presentation teams. These systems allow us to sell ads into our linear broadcast schedules and manage all revenue associated with broadcast.

Your expertise will help enhance our CRM capabilities and drive business efficiencies.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications in Salesforce media cloud

• Collaborate other developers in the Commercial Products team to ensure changes, data models and integrations to other systems maintains a consistent level of technical standards set by the team.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to associate and mid level engineers.

• Strong focus on security practices

• Developing and maintaining system architecture and documentation

• Participate in and, when required, facilitate team ceremonies

• Work with other engineers to peer review code, work through problem-solving, advise on best practices and help to champion a high standard of excellent

• Strong data management skills to ensure performant data operations and adherence to agreed data model designs.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements and new features

• Monitors social media pages throughout the specified unit for appropriate professional content.
• Produces quality stories, photos, graphics and video products that educate the intended audience about Army opportunities and benefits.
• Provide feedback and advice to page managers based on analysis of the content's effectiveness.
• Writes a variety of articles and social media posts conveying information to clarify the organizations operations, programs, and activities.
• Develops modern and engaging multimedia content that promotes public awareness of the organization.
• Supports the recruiting mission using appropriate virtual communication tools to reach the intended audience.

Your new role
As a newly qualified Group Finance Manager you will be responsible for

• Assisting with the interim and year end audit process and Group consolidation.
• Assisting with the Group cash flow and finance costs
• Responsible for G/L accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual close to tight deadlines.
• Ownership of audit requirements and including statutory accounts preparation.
• Acting as a point of contact for technical accounting queries.

What you'll need to succeed
- You must be fully ACA / ACCA qualified
- Recently qualified (0-3 years pqe)
- Strong commercial acumen

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of tasks within the Media Services Department. The primary responsibility is to service the replay requirements of productions taking place in the studios. Additionally, it is responsible for servicing the record and export needs of both internal and external departments. This role is crucial in completing all scheduled jobs to a technically accurate level, ensuring the highest quality output.

• The smooth running of area and completion of all bookings 
• Error free ingests and records. Adapting to varied and complex program formats.

• Setting up and operating various broadcast equipment including EVS
