Responsibilities
- Oversee the full bid process from Kick-off meetings to final submission, ensuring quality and alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and client service teams to craft impactful, solution-oriented sales documents.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout each bid.
- Lead bid planning, write and edit high-quality responses, and meet deadlines effectively.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 4+ years of experience in bid writing, preferably with a focus on property services or related sectors.
- Organizational excellence with experience managing complex, detailed projects.
