Job Description :

1. E Create, curate, and manage published material (written, video, and image) on all social media platforms (FB, IG, XHS, Tik Tok) with an acute eye for content development. and ensure all multimedia content adheres to company guidelines and is of the highest standard.

4. Plan, execute, and keep an eye on all internet marketing initiatives and advertisements to achieve or exceed established standards.

• Coordinate between transportation providers to property schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues and delays and provide immediate update to avoid unnecessarily waiting time. 
•  Coordinating and planning with the internal warehouse team on the warehouse storage before and during the deliveries.

Job Scope:

• Customer management; including complaints/ reject, tracking, monitoring and expediting customers' order base on forecasted demand.
• Supplier management; including understanding suppliers' capacity constraint to ensure assurance of supply, tracking and monitoring suppliers' performance.
• Periodic cost down and lead time reduction initiatives.
