Warehouse Operative and Depot Administrator who has previous industry experience with good administrative skills, including good knowledge of using Microsoft Office / 365 (MS Word, Excel and Outlook). Any experience using inventory and logistics software programs would be highly desirable.
This role will involve moving stock around the site, including loading and offloading deliveries in addition to administration duties such as recording stock movements, checking the Engineers paperwork, identifying stock needed for projects and general updating the internal systems. You will need some previous administration experience or the ability to carry out administrative duties using computers, in addition to the physical capabilities of moving stock.
SALARY: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits
LOCATION: Heathrow / Brentford, West London (You MUST live within a 30 Minute Commute to Brentford)

Working as the Warehouse Operative and Depot Administrator your duties will include:
• Manage goods in and out
• Manage stock levels and reordering of stock
• Manage and organise the warehouse
• Keep computerised records up to date
• Have the stock Ready for Engineers
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Warehouse Operative and Depot Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:
• Previous working experience as a Warehouse Operative
• Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs would be highly desirable
• Must be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Team player
• Good organisational, administrative and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solver
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Valid Driver’s License (desirable)
